CANCELATION POLICY Deposit is required to book an appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your hair service. Deposit must be used by the same person the appointment is booked for. In an effort to respect my professional time, please allow at least 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment date. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment date will be charged 50% total booked service price. Without prior cancellation, appointments missed will be charged the full booked service price. No refunds. Please arrive on time, if you're 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for understanding and your support.
